Montana West Economic Development 2018 Training Series
A series of six classes throughout the year for established businesses planning for growth and looking to maximize efficiencies and profit. Class size limited to 10 people. Members of the class will work with Sue Thompson with The CFO Agency on their own individual businesses guaranteeing useful take-aways from each class that they can put into action immediately as well as have access to Sue and MWED staff in between classes to answer questions in between classes.

Keeping more of the money you make is actually a privilege entrepreneurs enjoy. It is our fiscal responsibility to understand the strategies we are allowed in the tax laws. We can do more to impact our families and communities with a dollar in our pocket than the government can and the IRS understands this which is why we are allowed the deductions and strategies we are.
Attendees will learn about proper entity structuring and the time and benefits of the structures as well as the financial thresholds for making changes in structures. We will discuss the various members of your financial team and good expectations for those working relationships.
