Montana West provides business loans to a four‐county area that benefit the community with job creation, job retention, and capital investment from private business. The Loan Officer assists clients to structure viable loan applications and projects, manages the loan review process and oversees the management of all loans. The position will oversee Montana West’s lending program and contribute to the organization’s growth and success.


This position is accountable for the direction, coordination, and delivery of activities for the Kalispell Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC). Provides consultation and training to businesses interested in pursuing the government marketplace and assists them in succeeding in this specialized market. Provides technical assistance, training, and advice on procurement subjects to businesses in a multi-county region. Must communicate effectively at all organizational levels and with businesses from diverse industries. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to operate in a performance-based culture focused on metric-driven outcomes.

Flathead County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) is seeking proposals from real estate brokers or firms to conduct a commercial real estate market analysis. The purpose of the analysis is to assist FCEDA in determining the best future use of a portion of the Gateway Community Center, which is owned by FCEDA. The property is located at 1203 US Hwy 2, Kalispell, Montana.

The scope of services shall be divided into two separate phases, and all proposals should be submitted with a separate fee schedule for each phase. It is FCEDA’s intent that upon completion of Phase I (market analysis), to then enter into a separate professional services contract for Phase II (lease/sale brokerage services). However, FCEDA is under no obligation to enter into a contract for Phase II services.
• Phase I: Commercial Real Estate Market Analysis
The successful firm or individual shall agree to contract with FCEDA to perform a commercial real estate market analysis to determine the highest and best use of FCEDA’s portion of the Gateway Community Center.
• Phase II: Brokerage Services
The successful firm or individual shall agree to contract with FCEDA to provide services related to listing the facility for sale/lease.
