After years of groaning, griping and hand-wringing over the shortage of affordable workforce housing in Whitefish, we’re finally starting to make some progress … and that’ll be the focus of this year’s Workforce Housing Summit, set for March 13 at Grouse Mountain Lodge.

“Laying the Foundation” is an appropriate theme for the lunchtime event, as that’s what the folks at the City, Chamber, Housing Whitefish, Explore Whitefish and the Housing Authority have been doing for the last few years.
