Montana West Economic Development 2018 Training Series
A series of six classes throughout the year for established businesses planning for growth and looking to maximize efficiencies and profit. Class size limited to 10 people. Members of the class will work with Sue Thompson with The CFO Agency on their own individual businesses guaranteeing useful take-aways from each class that they can put into action immediately as well as have access to Sue and MWED staff in between classes to answer questions in between classes.

Understanding when to hire and how can easily be discovered in the numbers. Building on the skill of forecasting business owners will learn how to plan for continued growth. Whether it’s using other people’s money for accelerated growth or organic growth staying in front of the growth to ensure continued standards of excellence with fulfillment knowing your markers is important.
Attendees will walk through the growth numbers for their business.
