LBCon was inspired by the incredible startup activity in Montana across the state and the mountain west. The Kauffman Foundation has ranked Montana as #1 in startup activity four years running. Stakeholders from the across the state have worked tirelessly to get this conference off the ground.

Modeled after South by Southwest in Austin, Texas and the World Domination Summit in Portland, Oregon, Last Best Conference seeks to inspire pursuits of passion that leave lasting impact. This Missoula-based conference hopes to create community, embody creativity, and cultivate courage.
