ABOUT OUR HOST:
Yoga is for every body. Whether you’ve never even rolled out a mat and are looking for a place to start, or you’re an experienced and trained yogi looking to expand your practice, we offer all-levels classes with skilled instructors ready to teach and modify poses for any body, any age, any gender, at any level.

At Wildflower Society, we believe in living well. Which to us, means living a balanced life full of nourishment for the mind, body, and soul. Such as; eating locally grown and organic foods, practicing daily self-care routines, educating ourselves about the environment and making conscious, sustainable choices. Getting outside in nature, moving our bodies and expanding our minds, are small ways to improve the quality of our lives. With a focus on preventative practice and alternative medicine, we offer workshops and courses designed to enlighten and inspire overall wellbeing.
